As a first time homeowner there is no better realtor in SWFL and probably Florida! Barry only showed houses he knew were a good fit for YOU as the individual person and was completely responsive the entire way for any questions you may have had. If he did not know the answer he would find it for you! (There wasn't many questions he did not know the answer to!)

Barry was awesome from start to end, he is professional but down to earth likeable person, able to relate and help to keep our nerves calm with positive input, gave us detail plan, scheduled step by step process. Our home was sold literally within 48hrs of signing contract with Barry, it had not even gone on the MLS, just alone through his networking blogs. It took approximately 30 days to complete sales with the buyer, inspections, and bank/title co.. and getting our sales check. It could not had gone any smoother. He got us what he said he would. We contacted Barry primary due to he works with REMAX known nation wide, but also he has contacting us via email for 2 yrs seeing if we were interested in selling. How he can help us by keeping us updated with positive sales market demographics, even thou we weren't thinking/hesitant selling due to past bad realtor experiences. He immediately emailed us his professional profile/experience, with a summary of potential sales. He came to our home looked over the property, gave us lots of do/don't facts, a to do list, with summary of expectations and possible sales profits. This was the BEST sales Realtor and Experience we ever had, Thank you Barry!

BG and his team were instrumental In helping sell our house so quickly for our move to Pennsylvania. We credit BG with pricing our house correctly so when it hit the listings we received an offer within a few days. Barry actually handled everything between both the seller and us the buyer! He was great to work with as well as honest and upfront from the start.
